After all the late night fun, re-center and rejuvenate yourself with a naked Bikram Yoga class. Our instructor, Cole, is making a special visit from West Palm Beach specially for our weekend. He has trained in the arts of Yin and Hatha yoga and honed his skills during a pilgrimage to India last year. The room is 105° so that your muscles will stretch more easily. The temperature brings the added bonus of reducing your sensitivity to the heat here in Key West. You’ll feel cooler and fantastic all day after your class! All abilities welcomed.
